Since I have an option of Bloopers or Music from my teen years I decided I would mix a few.
One of my favorite shows of all time with some very funny out takes and bloopers. The Original Bob Newhart show
A favorite group of the time, and their top song. The BEE GEE's Tragedy
Not a blooper but one of the funniest scenes of all time. Mary Tyler Moore at Chuckles the clows funeral.
Bloopers from one of the funniest shows of all time. Carol Burnett
A singer I still enjoy. Barry Manilow Copacabanna
When I heard this song, I had no idea what it meant, I just liked it. Mickey Gilley All the Get prettier at closing time.
Not a blooper but one of the funniest scenes of all time. Mary Tyler Moore at Chuckles the clows funeral.
Excellent song choices - a couple were new to me, but the others are favorites of mine. Who doesn't love the Bee Gees? :) LOVE the bloopers and clips, too! :)

Aww, Carol Burnett....still the best Ever!
ReplyDeleteIt's shameful how loud I just turned up the speakers for Copacabana...."the hottest spot north of Havana!"
Oh gosh, I remember being a Barry Manilow fan. I got one of his 8-track tapes of a live performance. It was cool. I wanted to go see him in concert, but he was sold out. I ended up going to see The Knack. What a horrible time it was. I hate the smell of pot!
ReplyDeleteLove the Bob Newheart bloopers! Bill Daly was always one of my favorite supporting actors.
loved these huge carol Burnett fan and love the Bee Gees so sad we have lost so many of them
ReplyDeleteCome Say HI
The Bee Gees of course! I liked hearing them too.
ReplyDeleteIt was fun for me to watch you select and laugh at the bloopers you chose. Carol Burnett...classic!

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing with us today!
Just able to access my blog again from the hack.
Have a great week!
Love them all and welcome back! Love the Bee Gees that was one of my favorite and Carol Burnette I split a gut. I must have been here for at least 45 minutes if not an hour listening and watching all of these. LOL Great job kiddo! Glad you guys are back - missed ya both!
ReplyDeleteFabulous funnies here! I just love bloopers. I especially like watching for these to pop up after watching an excellent comedy. The Bee Gees were a favorite of mine as a teen. It always amazed me to see three of the hairiest guys sing so high. Doesn't that seem odd? Oh, Barry Mannilow - just love him, too! It's funny every time I think of BM I think of my English teacher from high school who was so in love with him. I mean crazy in love! She had everyone of his albums. I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn she secretly stalked BM or was one of his groupies. lol Thanks for linking up on Monday's Music Moves Me!
