X-Men Days of Future Past An UneXpected Surprise

My wife and I had the opportunity to see this movie this Monday May 26th just 3 days after it had opened.  What is funny, neither one of us had seen the movie advertised before hand.

We were downtown, we had eaten at our favorite Greek restaurant and were looking to see a movie.  We saw this and we decided to check it out.  We have seen all the previous X-Men films and liked them, so we felt this was probably a good film.

Good is a mild word.  This is an amazing film that starts in the present and jumps back to 1973 and uses the Paris peace accord as part of the set up for the story line.

Logan aka Wolverine must travel back in time and prevent Mistique from killing Trask, a little man who plans on developing a weapon system that will hunt down and destroy Mutants and the people who carry the gene to create them.

If Logan fails the world will fall into utter darkness.

The movie is fast, it has some great scenes and dialogue and Patrick Stewart is back as Professor Xavior in part of this film.

The film will keep you on the edge of your seat and make you wonder what will happen next.

X-Men Days of Future Passed igets 4 and a half stars.
